Truth be told, Angela can’t really wrap her head around Liz choosing her every day. She knows that it’s not easy to be with her, not when she’s always busy when she can’t quite leave the work at the hospital and then. And then she failed to reciprocate the love confession which should have been the final straw and yet.
She shows up. She stayed with her.
She expected rejection, she expected to never see Liz again but she woke up with her, a mouthful of bleached hair like that first time, they had breakfast and a lovely weekend together and then she went to work and when she was done, Liz was there, waiting for her, a cigarette in hand. She didn’t act any different, she doesn’t act any different, and it weighs on Angela far more than she could ever expect it to.
It’s maddening. It doesn’t make any sense.

It's already dawn when the defenders of the castle finally leave. The sun is rising slowly over the battlefield, illuminating the remnants of the madman’s contraptions, what's left of his monster and his own body, the smoke, and the mist. The madman that caused it all is not even dead, there's a faint tendril of life still clinging to him. Moira scrunches her nose at his sight. Not only he’s not what she’s looking for, just a distraction, he’s also a stark reminder that it's all his fault, and yet he didn’t even have enough dignity to leave the mortal plane. There’s only so much she can sense with her eyes so, with a sigh, she starts to sing.

Bruno and Prosciutto are caught up in a snowstorm, as she invites Prosciutto to hers Bruno is faced with some emotions she can no longer ignore.
Prosciutto pretends to be fine but Bruno can see that she's not, that in her suit and unbuttoned shirt, she’s shivering. The heating in Bruno's apartment has always been shit but now, with Prosciutto here, she can't help but notice just how bad it is. Take it as a failure, a source of shame that she couldn’t get this right as well, as if it wasn’t enough to mess up earlier, before the worst snowfall in years had caught them. It's easy to feel inadequate next to Prosciutto who’s perfect, who is so fucking flawless it should be more annoying.
