No matter how much time passed, Izuku never really felt Quirked. He had a quirk, and it had even started to feel like his quirk, but he still felt Quirkless.
He felt the years of doubt and useless hatred that had been flung at him lay heavy on his shoulders. He felt bitterness at his friends and classmates who had never known what it was like to really be called useless, trash, Deku. He felt the anger and sadness at the fact that others were suffering like him. And he felt lonely, now that he was no longer with them, he was alone.
You can give the boy a quirk, but you can’t make him Quirked.

Summary
Blitzo sometimes wonders what ever happened to that sweet little puppy he raised for all those years as his daughter. Loona often disrespected him so much that he occasionally wonders if she still loves him as a father at all. During an attempt to help Loona with the magic book they use at I.M.P., he accidently messes everything up again causing her to yell at him. Blitzo wakes up the next morning to find that his grumpy and grim daughter has suddenly turned back into her happy seven-year-old self with no memory of her future years.
While trying to figure out what happened, Blitzo reconnects with his daughter while rediscovering old emotional feelings and bonds they once shared while discovering a few new ones on his own. But how long can this last before everything goes back to normal? Furthermore, does Blitzo even want it to back to normal?
