Hunk is a big city, small-time baker who's in desperate need of some time off. So when his friend and employee generously offers a beach house he's somehow able to afford to stay in, Hunk can't bring himself to refuse.
Would've been nice if he'd said his adopted, merman brother may come by for a visit.

Summary
While visiting the Holts for Christmas dinner, Allura is told about an ancient Earth tradition of keeping a nutcracker on your mantle to ward off evil. Like a great deal about Earth, it's agreed to be just a superstition that's a stubborn holdover from ye olde times.
Until she has a pretty weird dream about said nutcracker... and realizes that Earth is its own special kind of weird.
