Summary
When Spock is attacked by a creature that kills telepaths by consuming the energy of telepathic minds, Kirk tries many things to save him.
Later, Kirk, Spock, and McCoy work on saving Vulcan from an unusual threat.
(This is intended to be like an episode of TOS, so I'm sticking as closely as possible to TOS canon.)

Summary
Vulcans have very different standards of beauty than humans do, but it truly doesn't matter to Spock that Kirk is physically ugly by Vulcan standards, since Kirk's mind and character are so very beautiful. And as time goes on, Spock finds that love begins to work a sort of magic...

Practice Pon Farr by WeirdLittleStories

Summary
When Spock says they can't be lovers unless Kirk can handle pon farr, Kirk suggests that they have a "practice" pon farr, to see if things will work between them. Spock is dubious, because past human lovers haven't been able to handle Vulcan sexuality in all its glory, but of course Jim Kirk is experienced, tough, and an adrenaline junkie. :-)
"I would take control of your body and your mind. I would claim you for my own and mark you as mine. Nor would these marks be merely decorative or purely symbolic; I would tear your flesh with my teeth and leave you bleeding beneath me."

Bookmarker's Notes
I don't usually like either reboot OR crack OR Spock/McCoy, but Janice Lester is so good at funny stories that I enjoyed this one, anyway.
The fandom has been speculating about Spock's genitals since the 60's, but the author has come up with something NEW, interesting, and funny.

"Captain’s Log.
We are in orbit around Outpost Zero, long considered to be part history, part space legend. The most mysterious of the Romulan outposts during the war, presumed destroyed…But apparently intact."
Investigating a long abandoned Romulan Outpost is bound to be interesting, but soon it turns out that the outpost is not as abandoned as it seems... Another of the TOS Season Four imaginary scripts.

Bookmarker's Notes
An episode-like story that gives both Kirk and Spock chances to shine in classically TOSian ways.

Bookmarker's Notes
Kirk has seventeen years of his life erased by a mind-eating squid and is shocked to discover that he's married to Spock and has two kids. He gradually falls in love with Spock all over again. The last chapter is especially nice.

Bookmarker's Notes
A story that manages to be humorous and insightful both at once. When weird alien technology turns Spock 100% human, he has trouble adjusting to a human body, to the senses, to the lack of telepathy, to the increased difficulty of emotional control. The author shows a lot more understanding of what this would actually be like than the authors of most fanfic, and they're to be congratulated for this story.

Summary
It's probably a phenomenally bad idea to let someone named Lucifer grant you seven wishes, but, well, why the hell not? Maybe then Jim can finally have that perfect command team from the other universe he so desperately wants.
Then again, wishing that Spock would loosen up a bit shouldn't land him in pre-Reform Vulcan.
Maybe he'll get it right next time.

Q gives Kirk seven wishes, and they're ALL about Spock. Usual Q stupid stuff, but still fun.
