The war has ended and the clone has been granted citizenship and the full rights of republic citizens. Now, it’s time to come to terms with some truths about the Jedi. When serving under them as General’s in the war, they hadn’t much time to ponder on the strange, otherworldly customs that their Commanding officers had taken to heart.
Now that the war is over, there is a clear culture shock.

The Kaminoan tilts his head with a small smile. As if he’s trying to be indulgent for the Jedi’s sake. “Well yes, you and your fellow Jedi, Master Kenobi. They were made for the Jedi - and since the Jedi serve the Republic. It was implied they would do so too.”
‘They were made for the Jedi.’ Obi-Wan thinks in a daze. Clinging to that one sentence and grappling with all the implications buried within it as the Force around him pulses with tension. ‘For...for us? For me?’
What can that possibly mean?

Or; the Clones are really, and truly, perfectly made for the Jedi. The real issue is that it seems the Jedi are just as perfectly made for the Clones. This throws a major wrench in the works for the Darkside when the Jedi aren't very willing to let their men die. Not even on the senate's orders.

The motley crew of bounty hunters assembled before him dispersed immediately, streaming towards the grand doors in a panicked flurry.
“Not you, Kenobi,” Vader snapped.
Kenobi turned on his heel to face him. He held his body in a tensed line, but Vader was not fooled. In the Force, the dull, muted pulse of Kenobi’s signature was absent the terror that had gripped the others so tightly. It was equal parts fascinating and infuriating.
Darth Vader is the Empire's fist. Kenobi is the bounty hunter he hires out to do his dirty work.
