Every year, the council chooses ten alphas to participate in the breeding run-- this year Wilson has been chosen. He'll be forced to bond with whichever omega he knocks up whilst he's in heat. When House hears, he's forced to take action. There's only one way to get pulled from the yearly run, and that's to file an intent to bond. And in order to file an intent to bond, you need an omega willing to go through with it.
There's only a week until Wilson's heat, but luckily, House knows just the omega for the job.
