Summary
Class 1-A was a close-knitted group of friends. Though there was one student that stood out from the rest. While they're caught up in villain attacks and trying to discover more about the determined student, a dangerous force lurks in the shadows.
Midoriya had switched sides. He now lived with the villains he considered his friends, helping them achieve their shared goal: Proving that the world was wrong about them. A bunch of "Useless" villains. Midoriya had big things planned, and with his brain, he might be able to surpass both All Might and All for One.
Alternatively: Follow the League of Villains as they have fun, mess up and try again. Morale in the bar was high, due to Midoriya's optimism - even though his busy schedule made that difficult. And then there was also serious stuff including murder, but most importantly, they had a group chat and karaoke nights.

...So, then, wouldn’t it technically not be illegal if you didn’t have a quirk?
