No, next to Izuku, in apartment 305 lived the hottest guy Izuku had seen in his life.
Izuku has fallen head over heels for his new neighbor, Katsuki. How he knows his name? Easy - Izuku hears an ever changing number of people scream it every night. He could probably solve this with a pair of noise cancelling headphones, were it not for the fact that he can't stop listening (or feeling jealous).

"Fucking hell!" Katsuki shouted, rubbing his throbbing forehead. "What the fuck! Why does the universe hate me? I swear, I get on this stupid elevator and do all the stupid things they tell me to do and this is what happens to me? I get a fucking concussion?"
"Oh my God! I’m so sorry! Are you alright?" The very handsome man asked, taking a step back from Katsuki as the blonde ranted.
Katsuki looked up and met the most gorgeous set of green eyes he had ever seen in his life. These were like the eyes they talked about in romance novels, all deep and brilliant and perfect. The man’s hair was artfully mussed and just as green as his eyes.
Greenie was out here looking like a Calvin Klein model, and it just managed to piss the blonde off even more. Of course he would run into this beautiful man now, while he was raging like a fucking lunatic.

On learning this Izuku is saddened upon hearing that the person he's had a crush since he was 4 likes someone else but he puts on a smile and does his best to help his Kachan. Little does he know that the person Bakugou likes is the sweet little greenette himself.
I'm going to be putting these stories into parts. Each part will have a few chapters. So since this is part one the next 2 chapters will be about how they met each other and how they developed their crush.

Izuku caught himself moving forward, his head tilted somewhat to the side, and his eyes shot wide open. His gaze met Katsuki’s half-lidded eyes now that he was no longer in a dreamlike state, and seeing the way Katsuki was looking at him—waiting for him—made him realize Katsuki would’ve let him do it. He might have even wanted him to do it.
“You’re both doing fabulous!” the photographer called out to them, packing his camera into his bag and getting ready to leave. “I just got word that what we have now should be good, so we’ll stop there. Thank you for your time! Lock the door on your way out after you change.”
The pair stayed frozen in place, with Izuku’s arms around Katsuki’s neck and Katsuki’s hands resting on Izuku’s waist, while the photographer and his supervisor left.
“Kacchan,” Izuku cooed once they were gone. “Did you want to…?”
