  5. Summary

Morgoth breaks through the Doors of Night when Sauron falls and his Ring is 'destroyed' in the fires of Mount Doom. Morgoth's return begins to unleash new and dreadful patterns, as Ea begins to die by inches, and the End of Time draws nigh. The Free Peoples in the House of Last Resort rage against the Dying of the Light, and a being born who should never have been changes an already-altered path further in ways not even he could have predicted. The Sun is dying, the stars are ailing, and as reality corrodes the Dead walk, and monsters are resurrected in newer and more dreadful forms.
