Midoriya Izuku has a strange Quirk.
Sometimes, his hair changes color. It's not necessarily a drastic change, but it's always accompanied by one.
Everytime it happens, it's like he obtains a new Quirk.
No one's sure how or why, but Izuku is getting more and more powerful.
Completely unrelated (or it at the very least seems so) is a secret investigation directed by detective Tsukauchi on a series of mysterious corpses of various ages found along the last ten years with all one thing in common: Biologically speaking, they are the same person.

Izuku Nezu is nine when he is saved from All for One's experiments and adopted by Nezu only to be sent to the wolves in Class 1-A at fourteen. But he is powerful, smart, ressourceful and he knows he is well on his way to becoming one of the best UA principal and hero Japan has ever known despite some deeply rooted grudges.
But he also suspiciously resembles a certain Izuku Midoriya, and some are keen on understanding the mystery.
- Part 2 of Izuku but not really

All For One, for the first time in almost two centuries thought he was going to cry despite lacking the eyes for it.
After a two centuries old fight he had finally rid himself of the one Quirk that had the power to defeat him, offed All Might before One For All could be given away and all that on national cameras, ensuring that the world would know he was the one in power.
All that, only to shoot himself in his own foot.
How did it come to this, you may wonder?
His end did not begin with his own birth, the birth of one among a few that had power in a Quirkless world, but that of a boy who held no power in a world of Quirks.
His end began when he chose to care.

He jumped, and by the end of the day was an entirely different person.
No more home, or family, or idol...
A Quirk, friends and a literal cult following took their place upon a tainted beach.
At least his new home had a nice view from over the garbage hills.
And if everyone insisted on calling him the name of a fake deity? Then he'll just have to embrace the role and do his best to cleanse the world of injustice step by step.

When his dreams of becoming a hero were crushed, Izuku found a new dream in the form of sweet treats.
Yet thanks to a pair of freeloaders he found himself balancing between his business and vigilantism all the while being bothered by villains to join their (absolutely ridiculous honestly wtf) cause and a rat.
He's no Present Mic, how is he supposed to do all that at the same time?!
Well, he supposes Himiko has a point.
If anyone can, it's the Candy man!
