Summary
Six years after Steve Harrington left Hawkins he has no idea who he is or what he wants to do with his life. Then he gets any invitation to Nancy and Jonathan's wedding. After that it seems that he cannot escape Hawkins, because his past apparently comes to haunt him, next thing he knows, he runs into Eddie Munson of all people.

Summary
Between everything with Vecna, dying, and then not dying Eddie Munsons has firmly had his already limited idea of normal shattered. Going to a gay bar and seeing former King of Hawkins High Steve Harrington dressed in full drag? That one still manages to surprise him. Then again, it seems like he and Steve have quite a few surprises for each other.
If only the universe could stop putting them in mortal danger long enough for them to figure things out.

“Oh, uh, Steve. Steve Harrington.”
“Nice to meet you, ‘uh, Steve Harrington’.” The man gave him a wolfish grin. “Eddie Munson.” The man, “‘Eddie’ Steve’s brain supplied helpfully”, gave him a slow once-over. “So, tell me, you listen to Metallica too, huh, Harrington? That’s a bit of a rare find over here. You must be something real special.” The words were purred against Steve’s ear, causing his free hand to shoot out and fist into that soft black t-shirt.
“N-no, uh, my friend…she got it for me at a thrift store for tonight. Said she wanted me to look like I fit in.” He wasn’t sure why the truth came out so easily. Eddie faked a shocked gasp.
“Well, then, in that case I fully volunteer to help you ditch the shirt before some entitled jerk tries to ask you to name five songs.” The look on Eddie’s face was clear enough that there was no clarification needed on the implication.
If this didn’t take him out first, Steve was going to kill Robin.
