Summary
As more and more years passed humanity became increasingly mutated while their quirks grew in complexities. sometimes the mutation would aid the quirk in some way but most of the time they were simply random changes in the DNA or leftovers from the parents that expressed themselves in the children.
Mutant hate thought to be an old topic that didn't warrant much discussion is still going strong in the background of society. along with a new and troubling trend of mutant supremacy. the idea that those who are heavily mutated are the true future of humanity and should stand at the top of the social hierarchy.
Izumi Midoriya a mutated girl and the daughter of heroes wants to become one as well so that she can fight for equality like many other mutant heroes. Along the way, she'll meet people who have had different experiences and views of hate towards mutants and those who know almost nothing about it.

Izuku Midoriya, Japan’s Top Hero, had a secret.
One he couldn’t share with anyone.
One that All Might, Ochako, and even his greatest Rival Bakugou couldn’t learn about.
Honestly, It should’ve been something people could’ve guessed if they just considered the facts for more than one minute without bias. But no one that met him could do that without being biased.
That was his only saving grace.
Because Izuku Midoriya was a hero fan-boy, and he loved writing, if his countless analysis books weren't making that little tidbit obvious enough.
It was only a matter of time before his creative side demanded he write:

Summary
The newest generation of hero students entering UA have a lot of baggage from their parents. High expectations, skewed views on the world, or maybe a need to support aforementioned parents.
For Midoriya Izuku, it's a bit different. He certainly has a quirk, but it's not the one he would have wanted. It's a cruel thing, but when All Might recognises his quirk, Izuku is set on the path to exploring the mystery of his parents - whether he likes it or not.
