“What are you talking about?” Noah squeezed the hand he still held briefly. She was starting to sound hysterical.
“I told you about how Michael was Max and my brother.”
“Yes. You said your parents died in a car crash, and you were separated at the group home.”
“Actually, I just said a crash. I didn’t tell you what kind of crash.” Isobel pointed out.
It was an odd place to start, but Noah nodded. “That’s true. I suppose I just assumed. It’s Roswell, so what other type of crash could it be?” Isobel leveled a look at him, and Noah didn’t even need her to say it. “Isobel, the UFO crash was seventy years ago.”

Her excitement dwindled, though, and Michael saw the realization hit her. “There’s not enough time.” He said what she obviously couldn’t. Figuring out something like that could take weeks to years of research. They both knew it. “Time…” The solution suddenly hit him.
“Can you reenter your pods?” Kyle suddenly spoke up, having reached the same conclusion.
“If we can put you in the pod - hold your body in stasis - we’ll have the time.” Liz quickly caught on.
“What pods?” Alex asked.
“Your boyfriend’s a pod person.” Kyle volunteered.

Okuni knew an opportunity when she saw one. It made neither her offer of friendships, or her offers of more, less sincere. If she offered either she meant it. However, she was hardly going to pass over the chance to make friends with someone whose friendship could be a valuable assett. While "Sawa of Omi" remained anonymous whenever they met, they both were aware from the start that she knew his real identity. That she respected his wish for anonymity may have been why Mitsunari returned again and again. There was also a chance he honestly enjoyed the plays. Or enjoyed the honesty of the plays may have been a more appropriate wording.
