Summary
When the Avengers failed, there’s a secret back-up superhero team that has done a better job as superheroes. Nobody knows who these heroes are since they wore masks. But one of them seems familiar with that dark hair and snarky attitude.
In which Loki and his team are apparently the better “superheroes” than the Avengers. The Avengers are not pleased. The media is going wild.

Prompt: A different government organization team or even a secret SHIELD based team is started as a backup or a more improved superhero team in-case the avengers fail or off somewhere else. What this team consists of is a team of super-villains with Loki & Amora or some other female villain is the girl of the team, with the villains having different outfits and going by different names. What makes the team different from the avengers is that they all have their identities hidden, the team knows how to work together, and the biggest is that they stay and help those injured and help clean the mess up. The Avengers have no clue who they are and tries to find info of the team but can't, not even info on the names they go by. Bonus if Loki has short hair, Thor is happy, and the public loves the new team better

Summary
When the Avengers created an incident that resulted collateral damage, the UN has decided to install the “Sokovia Accords”, a system of accountability on superheroes and vigilantes. Matt Murdock, now an assistant D.A, comes on behalf of New York to support the Sokovia Accords and shares his views about superheroes and the damage the Avengers did that needs to be held accountable.
But when all hell breaks loose that causes a civil war between two superheroes—one led by Steve Rogers and his desire for the Avengers to remain free to defend humanity without government interference, and the other following Tony Stark’s surprising decision to support government oversight and accountability. A civil war that makes Matt question his views, and wonders if he picked the right side. Which side will Matt choose?

Loki has lived his entire life on Asgard in the shadow, always overlooked and not quiet remembered. Never seen nor heard. But when his entire life falls apart, it leads him to falling into the Void--and crash lands on Midgard. He is left to build pieces and start anew.
As he embarks a journey across Midgard, meeting a couple of humans and being dragged into their affairs, Loki finds himself discovering things he hasn't known and the choices he'll make. There is always a price to pay, but it might be worth it if it means to become something legendary, as long as he has a purpose and a plan.
