    The world is heavy.

    Izuku shifts, pressing his cheek against the soft material around his head. Did his mom try something new? Was he at home? He didn’t remember going home. He can’t really remember, though, everything is foggy. Heavy.

    It kinda feels like how he felt after the sports festival. Maybe that’s why he’s home. Maybe he got hurt again and needed another surgery. Izuku sighs, relaxing his eyes even as they fight to open.

    A bright light burns red against his eyelids suddenly.

    “Well. You are awake.”

    Every nerve in Izuku’s body freezes. That isn’t his mom.

    Izuku gets kidnapped. He learns that even his own quirk can be used as a weapon against him.
