It was to be a grand affair; though, Eren could’ve told you that even before the wedding was scheduled. From one of the most prestigious families in the area, it was to be expected. Eren just hadn’t expected that it would also be his wedding that was so extravagant. The Ackerman family’s only son: an alpha practically a decade older than Eren at thirty-two and CEO to his late uncle’s company, a young princeling if Eren had ever seen one, would be his husband in just under an hour.
Eren had never even met the man, let alone seen him. Well, not in person anyway. He’d seen pictures online and on TV, even watched him give a few speeches about his business on the news, and of course, he’d read countless magazine articles speculating what kind of person he was, but none of that was exactly the same thing and it certainly didn’t make Eren feel any better about marrying the man. The very first time he would be face to face with his new husband would be after he walked down the aisle to stand with him at the altar.

Levi paid no mind to the severed arm that was lying next to his foot. Ahead of him, peeking over a splintering rooftop, were the remains of the Founding Titan. It’s giant head, caved in skull and hideous face. The ribcage that collapsed to form a bone monument in the middle of the city it had destroyed.
Levi scowled. He didn’t like looking at it, that… that thing. He refused to call it Eren. It wasn’t – it wasn’t Eren. That thing, that skeletal monster, it was a horror birthed in that place of sand.

Summary
In a society where secondary genders existed, upon reaching maturity, all individuals needed to submit to the government's compatibility system in order to guarantee birth rates and avoid the deficit of the country's active population. Eren Jaeger, eighteen and an omega, thought there was an error in the system when his compatibility with someone else reached 100%, something extremely rare. And so he was sure that his aversion to the system was justified when it was mistaken twice and pointed out 100% compatibility with not just one, but two alphas.

Rirentober 2020 Day 26: Sport
“...Ackerman quickly running at the flying ball lost by Schultz....shooting in midair at the hoop, the time buzzing as the ball leaves the hands….”
The only thing Eren understood was the scream of a stranger yelling at him to move before it hit me. The stadium went silent for a moment, everyone had their eyes fixed on the unusual scene.
Eren felt his whole body being pushed on the ground, his golden babies had flown in the air while his drinks had spilled on the people in front of him. He could hear the buzzing alarm and people talking over him to see if he was okay but his face was still against the floor, a painful tickle on his back could be felt.
Clearly, basketball was not for him.
