She ruffles his hair. “It means that the two of them are soulmates. They’re stronger together, so they fight together. They support each other.”
Izuku sighs dreamily at the screen. “I wish I could be part of a Hero Duo one day.” Someone who would always be there for him? It sounded like a dream come true.
Then of course, Izuku finds out who his soulmate is: and his dream suddenly feels a lot more like a nightmare.

As Bakugou's eyes scan the rest of Deku's room, he notices the same cracked walls, All Might posters, and figurines. He's probably still living in the same shitty apartment with his mother, which is why nothing's changed since their first playdate as kids. The only difference is an entire extra shelf above the All Might collection with... Ground Zero merch?
He actually can't make it out since a few spots of the stream are a little grainy but it looks like Deku won an early Christmas giveaway of his merch collection: there's a plushie of Bakugou's winter costume hanging from the corner, some folded shirts, and a mask replica. There's also a grenade pillow barely hidden under his arm, which also probably came with the giveaway.
Deku has always been his biggest fan, and somehow Bakugou could never shake him off. Not completely.
Or: Quirkless camboy Izuku Midoriya performs regularly on a porn site's streaming service, but little does he know that pro hero Katsuki Bakugou remembers him from middle school and ends up watching his shows.
