Summary
When Haurchefant's request to have the Warrior of Light, Alphinaud, and Tataru allowed into Ishgard as wards of House Fortemps is denied, the four are unsure of what to do next. That is, until the topic of marriage comes up, and Haurchefant gets the bright idea that if they were trying to enter Ishgard for a wedding, they'd have to be let in. And who better to get married than the Warrior of Light and Haurchefant himself.

Summary
Though Estinien returns mostly to normal after being freed from Nidhogg's grasp, some changes are permanent. A few patches of blackened skin. A better jump, a stronger swing. Largely ignorable things, hidden by clothes or explained away as simple improvements. But ten or so years down the line, Aymeric realizes that despite the many changes, some things haven't changed the slightest. And as the decades pass and Estinien remains the same, face unchanging, frozen in time, the whispers of the people of Ishgard begin to change with them. From hated wyrm's vessel to admired hero to Haldrath's second coming to so much more. Estinien doesn't care much for any of it. But he does care for Aymeric, forever at his side, unfrozen and continuing to move with the hands of time toward an ending Estinien does not wish to arrive.

Summary
Upon returning to Ishgard for one of his irregular visits, Estinien lets himself into the de Borel mansion, assuming all inside to be asleep. Much to his surprise Aymeric walks in a few minutes later, having only just returned himself despite it being well past midnight. The two talk about unimportant things for a little while, until Aymeric decides to bring up the recent amendments to marriage laws in Ishgard for reasons Estinien doesn't quite understand. And then...

Summary
When dragonets begin to go missing, Vidofnir asks Estinien to investigate the disappearances, fearing a group of radicals displeased with the end of the Dragonsong War may be taking matters into their own hands. Upon tracing them to their hideout, Estinien discovers a group of fanatics intent on reviving Nidhogg to begin the destruction anew. Lucky for them, the perfect vessel has just arrived.

Summary
When Grado troops attack Castle Renais, Seth takes Eirika and runs. When Valter catches up with them, he does not survive. Yet, for all Eirika is sure she witnessed his murder, somehow Seth returns to her only a week later, asking for the bracelet she bears. She cannot find a good reason to refuse him, but after he leaves once again something about the action seems wrong. She cannot place the feeling, however. Nor does she dwell on it, because from there her war efforts turn south and never come back up.
