  1. Summary

Tales of + Xenoblade 2 crossover fusion AU.
A love letter to the Symphonia cast, and then several other characters I'm fond of, bundled up into a narrative about trauma recovery.

Or: a series deconstructing XC2's blade system by exploring the ways blade+driver relationships work.... and don't. Featuring Tales of characters, mostly Symphonia, but also Jade Curtiss (and Asch, courtesy of my friend Nael). And, like, others, from various fandoms, in bit parts that are rapidly growing. Prioritizes Tales of and Xenoblade 2 characters, though.

Or, as lyre pitched it: "it's all these parts of different games the writer loved, thrown into a pot and stirred with love, and it's about being hurt and finding something beyond that hurt. it's about finding people beyond that hurt. people who are hurt, have been hurt. it's about finding family and choosing family and making the world a better place. it's about healing and self indulgence"

  2. Summary

A series covering the Shadowbringers expansion of Final Fantasy XIV through the lens of my WOL, X'zholu Three Rivers. Call her Zo!

    Also Featuring:

My friend Mystic's WOL, Morgan Telerian.

There are also some non-WOL OCs who play an important part! The only references I have of them were made in the SHB Benchmark, so they don't have on "canon" outfits, but facewise, this is what you can expect.

  3. Summary

Once upon a time, a hero sacrificed himself for a princess.

Once upon a time, a princess tried to bring her hero back.

Once upon a time, the light tried to grant the princess her wish, setting into motion a series of events no-one could have predicted.

"I'm afraid the only real solution is for them both to go away."

Once upon a time, a witch spoke those words, with no idea just how true they would come to be.

  5. Summary

Tales of Vesperia/Xenoblade Chronicles 2 AU, in which the blade system from XBC2 is yanked and put into the world of Vesperia. There are no XBC2 characters in this AU.

Heavily inspired by You Will Know Our Names, a Tales of Symphonia/XBC2 Fusion AU, by rarmaster, which you should absolutely check out if you haven't already.

    Summary

Asch-centric canon divergence AU, in which the point of divergence is before the start of game canon. Asch and Ion ally in secret under the respective noses of Van and Mohs, which leads to increasing divergences from the canon timeline, culminating in 'let's just not go to Akzeriuth at all, actually.' Probably best described as a reimagining of the canon, with a focus on filling in the gaps canon left behind, character relationships, politics and political consequences, everyone being a little more competent and consistent than in canon across the board, and my personal Asch-is-actually-intelligent agenda.

What hearts lie lost in that endless dark? Whose tales have been forgotten by even those who lived it?

The Warrior of Light remembers little of her own life, and far, far too much of others.

    Statement of Hazel Rutter.

    Jon couldn’t stop reading.

The Fears, however, are a bit more powerful than Jonah gave them credit for. Jon opens the door, but the world can’t hold what’s on the other side.

Time falls through, instead. Past becomes present, and the future is undone.

    Statement begins.

    Summary

Martin pauses at the entrance to the Archives, listening, trying to gauge if any of the others are there. If he hears voices, he thinks, maybe he'll just try and come back later.

At first all is quiet, but then there's an odd noise from behind the door, like a faint whimper, abruptly cut off.

Martin's stomach clenches. It could be nothing, but--

He knocks, then opens the door slowly and pokes his head in. "Hello? Only me, I needed to borrow a--"

The noise comes again, but now that the door is open he can tell what it is: a stifled cry of pain.

Martin comes into Jon's office at exactly the wrong (or right) time, and catches him in the midst of his...extremely well-thought out plan to rescue Daisy. He is horrified to discover that Jon doesn't think anyone would care if he disappeared. Martin is quick to set him straight.

    or,

What if Martin had been the one to find Jon trying to get his "anchor" for the coffin instead of Melanie?
