Release the Divine Beasts, find the master sword, and defeat Calamity Ganon. Link knows that is his purpose after waking up alone to find the world has moved on without him. Ridding the world of Calamity Ganon is no easy thing, however, but Link is prepared to face that burden alone, following the tasks set out in front of him.
Saving the life of a lynel was never part of the plan but somehow this choice brings a more satisfying ending than saving the world alone could have ever offered.
