Summary
Simon’s eyes widen when he enlarges the photo that he’s been sent. He doesn’t even know who the man in the painting is but surely this single piece of art is worth more than his whole entire apartment. And now it's covered in crayon.
They’ve been communicating sparsely over the past three years, careful texts and vague updates every few months. Merry Christmas. Did you go to Times Square to see the Ball Drop? Glad Midsommar. How is your mama?
And of course updates on Rasmus.
Wilhelms son.
_______Where Simon agreed to be a secret and Wilhelm never changed the speech.
Years after Hillerska, Simon is living in New York City as a professional singer. Crown Prince Wilhelm is a widowed, single father who is trying his best to balance his family and the pressures of his position. Despite the painful and unfortunate history between them, tragedy brings them back into each other's orbits once again, albeit more distant and more cautious than ever before. Things change, however, when Wilhelm comes to New York forcing them to reevaluate the path their lives have taken and the love they still carry for each other.

Rokia grew up in District Six, where "Stay Alive" is good advice well before the Arena. When she's Reaped for the 71st Games, she counts on good instincts to keep her alive for the people at home who need her. Her mentor, Phillips, knows better than to hope, but she catches him hard from the start.

Summary
Alma Coin's dictatorial tendencies don't go unnoticed by everyone; over the years, a faction splits from her rebellion and seeds itself through the districts. They have no resources, weapons, or strongholds, but they do have eyes and ears. And so they infiltrate and gather intelligence from both sides, waiting until the time when they can save Panem from President Snow and Alma Coin.
When Brutus is pulled from the 75th Arena and accidentally resuscitated by a squad of District 2 Peacekeepers, the second resistance takes a chance. Coin considers District 2 an acceptable sacrifice -- a convenient scapegoat, full of loyalist traitors -- but after all, one man's trash is another man's treasure.
A fix-it that isn't; nothing is rosy, nothing is easy, but maybe a few lives will be saved along the way. Follows canon through the Quarter Quell and diverges at "A District Upside Down".

These are truly the last days: Panem's rebellion from below by kawuli

Summary
The prairies spawned the Progressives, back at the turn of the 20th century, and a fair few socialists in the 1930s–and in the Dark Days, the scattered depots fought the Capitol by doing nothing: shipping no grain out, bringing nothing in, getting by the way folks out here always have–with hard work and ingenuity and more than a little luck.
So the Capitol killed off the depots, sent everyone to the City, formed roving crews to plant and harvest as the seasons moved from South to North, and the depots became nothing but elevators alone on the prairie, and crews crawled the spiderwebs of roads without seeing anyone else for weeks.
Hard to organize, out here. But there’s a few lonely rebels, meeting in the city in secret, waiting for a moment that’s come before on these plains. Careful steps into something new, electricity in the air like the sky before a storm.
And prairies know about storms.
