“If you could make one small change to anything about your entire life what would it be?”
Janus had ignored the question initially before he had given his answer... To confess his love. But when that small change happened he found himself waking up beside his crush- and that alone should have been enough for him to shout for joy. But instead he stared at the foreign yet familiar face, wondering what exactly he had truly done.
A world world so similar yet so different at the same time. One with far too many changes to have occurred from a simple confession. A different world, one with no way out.

The world of Swords of Power and Conquest was one Virgil dove head first into, giving his soul and life to the game. He would play whenever he could, and had even decided he wanted to go into game design. At times he had even dreamt of how wonderful it would be to be inside that world for even a moment- until that world became his reality.
The familiar world he had come to love was now a foreign prison, one with no way out.

Virgil has been around a long time. A really long time. And at this time around, he doesn't have the patience to deal with another memo or executive order. In fact, he only barely has the patience to not kill the next person who talks to him. He can sit and knit for 12 hours. He has practiced the same song for 8 hours consecutively without batting an eyelash. But if one more person tell him they hate Mondays, he's going berserk. He's done with this life.
