Summary
Steve is only ten years old when his life is turned upside down. His best friend in the whole world is kidnapped, ripped from his arms. Steve is left disabled after the incident, using a cane to get around on good days. It becomes his lifelong obsession to find out exactly who in the hell took his best friend from him.
The answers start to fall into place when a mysterious woman he's seen around campus comes to his apartment, the night before he intends to move to California to follow a weak lead. Peggy Carter doesn't serve him answers on a silver platter, but she allows him to join her in figuring out what happened all those years ago.
