“You’re too good at this,” Tine says dryly, and Sarawat barely glances up from where he’s bent over a piece of paper, furiously scribbling down the notes of the song playing through the earbuds they’re sharing between them. “Like, seriously. It’s not fair,” Tine continues. “This Scrubb song just came out today. And you’re going to play it? Now? How are you so good at this?”
Sarawat hums out a distracted chord and lifts the hand not currently writing into the air so he can wiggle his fingers sarcastically in Tine’s direction. “I have magic hands,” he smirks.

Summary
Over 2000 years ago, Morax has little to no interactions with the Anemo Archon. Decarabian locks himself in his tower, believing falsely that his prison kept his people safe. Morax was never able—nor particularly inclined to—tell him otherwise.
So he was not surprised when Decarabian’s own people overthrew him. What he was surprised at though, was the new Anemo Archon that replaced him.
