Ahsoka had counted the 750 steps down from the Temple. She'd said her goodbyes, and left Anakin standing below the great pillars. What more could the Force want from her?
'Everything' sums it up nicely. Disillusioned with the Jedi, and still reeling from her recent departure, Ahsoka wakes 13 years in the past and faces a harsh reality. As events begin to unfold, she faces a ticking clock that times a galaxy's end. Plenty of Obi-Wan/Ahsoka/Anakin/Qui-Gon bonding.
Also started posting this on FFNet years ago, but I thought to post it here as well.

In another life, I might have saved you, Ahsoka Tano. I might have been fast enough.
His forehead pressed further into her ribcage until he was sure he could hear her bones groaning in protest. Obi-Wan seethed.
I’m so sorry, my darling girl. Please forgive me.
(A oneshot of Obi-Wan's thoughts and feelings when the Son kills Ahsoka within the Kenobi Tano verse ((Ahsoka as Kenobi's padawan)) in Mortis).

Ahsoka Tano was learning too many things in one day — how loud Anakin Skywalker could scream, and how many tears Obi-Wan Kenobi could cry when he thought he was finally alone.

It is slowly driving them insane, he thinks — the well-charted territory this Cardassian spy seems to enjoy with their Captain. The very possibility that Kathryn Janeway, the very embodiment of Starfleet and the Federation, could actually trust a creature such as Elim Garak is beyond him.
Yet, here they are.
(Instead of Seska, Garak is the Cardassian spy sent into the midst of the Maquis, and is then discovered almost immediately once aboard Voyager.)
