Din couldn’t expect this to happen. All he wanted was to make sure Grogu was in safe hands.“Let’s say I do have resources on Skywalker,” Boba began. “Even if I give his coordinates to you, even if you get to meet him, the Jedi are persistent in their code. Skywalker will only turn you away.”
“Let’s say none of this is your business and I’m doing this on my violation,” Din said, causing Boba to arch his eyebrows in surprise. “Let’s say I know the consequences of me going to wherever Skywalker and Grogu are, but let’s say, for the moment, that something in my gut tells me that I should go find them.”
Fennec furrowed her brows. “You’re willing to risk your kid’s training for a gut feeling?”
Maker, help him, all he could think of was the Jedi who now held his heart.

Anakin narrows his eyes at the familiar jersey of the twins’ school the person on the back wears. Who are these kids? Why are they parked in front of his house?
He decides to stand up, hoping they don’t see him as he gets ready to chase them off, when the passenger in the jersey swings his leg off the bike and hops onto the ground. He has his backpack on him, and— wait a minute, Anakin knows that backpack with the green lightsaber keychain—
Luke pulls the helmet off his head. He’s grinning, hair mussed from being under helmet for a while, replying to whatever it is the driver is saying from where he leans against the handlebars of the bike.
Anakin squints at them; they’re flirting.

Luke could feel his earlier dread sinking in his stomach. But, he had to be sure. He had to know. “What are you saying?”
“He’s got a boner that won’t flag down, Skywalker,” Boba deadpanned, and Luke stopped in his tracks. “He’s as horny as a teenager fresh off the puberty ship. Do I need to say more?”
“No,” Luke replied curtly, mind reeling with the new information while his cheeks heated up. Good god Din, what the hell did you do? “I got the idea, thanks.”

Summary
Some may think it odd that a flower shop could be run by a Jedi - Luke disagrees.
“Luke,” Luke blurts, all semblance of calm he had been working to maintain gone. He fumbles to tuck some of his hair behind his ear as a distraction before he tries again. “My name is Luke.”
Luke doesn’t tell him he’s the only one that runs the shop with his droid. There’s no need to ask for him, ever, but Luke wants him to.
The Mandalorian nods again. “Thank you.” Then, almost a forced afterthought: “Luke.” After, he’s gone, the bell tinkling over the door and sunlight shining off the polished armor as he steps out.
Luke leans over the counter, stretching to catch a glimpse of the man again before the crowds of Galactic City swallow him from sight.
