Kara is being chased by someone, and he already gave her a few stabs/slashes. She is trying to hide to recover before facing him again. Professor Luthor, aka Lena, happens to be in the right place at the right time. Kara was her TA and student prior to that in the past but they haven't seen each other in a few months
