Summary
Regency England is a delightful place to fall in love, but it is even better when magic is just around the corner.
Elizabeth Bennet is a bright naturalist with a particular interest in making a study of spiders. She studies her spiders happily in Hertfordshire until it is clear someone is trying to attack her. Her brother John Bennet sends her away to his good friend Duke Pemberley's estate in Derbyshire. The duke is a cold, forbidding man, who seems to want to remind Elizabeth that she is not allowed in certain spaces in his estate, but she is far too taken by his handsome features to be scared off for long.
Fitzwilliam Matlock, the Duke of Darcy is a man who cannot allow himself to love. His family carries a terrible curse, and he refuses to pass that along to his children. He lives in seclusion in his estate Pemberley, seeking to trouble no one and expecting no one to trouble him. That all changes when he honors a favor for an old friend and opens his house up to a Miss Elizabeth Bennet. She immediately disrupts his peace, and far more disturbing to Duke Darcy, she awakens desire and passion he thought he would never have. More surprising still is how their souls are intrinsically intertwined. -

Summary
In a world where everyone has a daemon, but little is understood about them, many have speculated on the known spontaneous happening of a soul bond through the person’s daemon. Just as a daemon may settle in a form of an animal the person did not wish, so too with soul bonds. Elizabeth Bennet, 18, has never much worried about that since her parents are decidedly not soul bonded. Besides, she has other things to worry about. Her daemon, Adesius, has yet to settle even though it is far past the time most do in England. Jane has had to remind Elizabeth that everyone is different and there has never been a set time for it to happen. However, after the awkward interactions with Bingley’s sisters and the staid Mr. Darcy in Meryton, Elizabeth feels even more embarrassed by her constantly changing daemon. To make matters worse, She has gone off to visit her recently married friend in Kent where, of course, she runs into the impossible man. Worse still, when Adesius finally settles, he does it in a way that is strikingly linked to Darcy’s. Elizabeth hardly knows what to think.

Summary
Skuld, part of the Nornir, is the keeper of possible fates. But she is also a romantic, and she began a strange tradition for a few lucky couples each year. She would stop by the wedding of one of her favored, gifting her with a ball of wound thread that contained the soul colors of the bride’s soulmate. It was up to the bride to decide what to do with the ball of thread. Some realized their new husbands were not the match and would run away; some knit beautiful coats from it to wrap themselves in their love’s likeness; still others would simply carry it around with them.
Skuld has chosen her favored and appears on Elizabeth Bennet’s wedding day. She presents her with her own skein of her mate’s soul colors. -

Summary
In a world where soulmates are common but not encouraged, Fitzwilliam Darcy has been eagerly awaiting his soulmate. He grew up watching a loving soulmate couple: his mother and father. Elizabeth Bennet, on the other hand, grew up with parents that found they were not soulmates, and they still seem . . . somewhat happy.
Soulmates are a part of life, but they can be difficult to find in the staid society of Regency England. Every person has a band of a very specific color encircling the skin above their heart. It is often difficult to see people’s bands of colors without being disrespectful, so typically people simply try to guess what another person’s color is.
For Darcy and Elizabeth, things take an interesting turn at Netherfield Ball when Elizabeth collapses into Darcy’s arms.
