Summary
Bachelor lawyer Katsuki Bakugou was the quintessential alpha. Assertive, self-directed, ambitious… and aggressive, short-tempered, and selfish. For the longest time, the successes won through his strengths outshone any consequences incurred by his shortcomings, or so it had seemed. Now, at nearly 30, maybe his faults were catching up with him. After all, he couldn't keep a secretary to save his fucking life.
Some might call Izuku special. But most he knew called him defective. As an incredibly rare male omega, Izuku experienced stigma and harassment at a psychologically devastating level. Just released from the psychiatric institution, Izuku wants to prove his worth and help support his mom with all the bills she pays on behalf of his omega status and mental health issues. He can't imagine his luck when he lands an interview at the K. Bakugou Law Firm.
If the two have one thing in common, it's problems... and maybe not much else. Katsuki thanks himself there's no HR department.

For all their time together, they still couldn’t read each other as well as they’d like. It was still a new relationship and they were two different people who thought in completely different ways. They didn’t work together and didn’t know each other to the freakish extent that they were in sync. They went from distant acquaintances to lovers so fast that it was amazing neither of them got whiplash as they fell head over heels for each other, desperately devouring one another until there was nothing left and even then, they still weren’t at their goal.
