Summary
Musicians AU. Eliot/Reader with background Hardison/Parker and Nate/Sophie. Plenty of other character cameos too!
Sophie, Hardison, Parker and Eliot are a well known pop country band called the White Hats. Nate is their manager extraordinaire. Reader is an up and coming singer who recently split from her long time writing partner and boyfriend in a pretty ugly breakup and is trying to make it as a solo act under the management of Jim Stirling. When she manages to catch a last minute cancellation slot opening for the White Hats at a music festival and crosses paths with the band, they take a liking to her sound and offer to collaborate on a track or two on their next album. That, of course, means a lot of time spent in recording studios, late nights on the band's tour bus, and plenty of time to stare longingly at the only confirmed single member of the band, who just happens to be readers type. Stirling's warnings to stay at arms length and consider her career first might not be enough to keep her from falling for Eliot, especially once she sees him behind the scenes with the rest of the group. But maybe his reputation as a serial ladies man and the pressures that come along with that will.

Summary
Set immediately post season 1. The team has taken down the corrupt CEO of Nate's old insurance company and they've paid a heavy price, sacrificing their headquarters in the process. Deciding to take some time apart seems like a good idea, at least until they are sure that the heat on them is gone. Everyone turns and board a separate plane on the airstrip in LA, except Eliot. He climbed on a motorcycle and rode off into the sunset. Or did he?
Weeks later in a small town in South Dakota, he stumbles upon someone who needs help, and even though he doesn't have a team to call for back up right now, the last words Nate said to them won't stop echoing in his brain. "We made a difference." How is a newly reformed Hitter with a slowly regrowing soul supposed to turn away a hysterical woman in the parking lot of a dive bar? Especially when he figures out that the Mafia is after her?
Eventual Eliot/Reader fic, tags will be updated as they become relevant.

Summary
A job involving a ring of dirty cops has Eliot infiltrate the ring, and the rest of the team (Reader included) pose as a prostitution ring to entrap them. Eliot is really good at compartmentalizing, until the leader of the ring starts to suspect that the new guy might be out to get them. How is he supposed to convince the other guys that he's one of them? Sleep with one of the prostitutes of course!

Summary
"You can, you're doing so good. So good for me, sweetheart," the sheer reverence in his voice made you shudder and you pressed your knees farther apart, wanting more praise, more approval. You trusted him implicitly, if he said you could do one more, then you believed him.

Summary
Reader and Cassandra meet in Portland and get to talking about their boyfriends, who seem to have a lot in common. Thinking they could both use a break from work, the girls plan a double date. Things do not go as planned.
My take on the 'Eliot and Jake are estranged twin brothers' idea.

Summary
“Wait wait wait.” Breanna’s face was a mixture of disbelief and anger, so much like her brother in so many ways, not just the love for technology. “You’re saying Damien Fucking Moreau snatched your god-daughter and is what? Blackmailing you?”
“He said ‘Please’,” Sophie murmured as she turned the otherwise empty page over. “That doesn’t sound like blackmail.” She met Eliot’s eyes and now he saw her get it, saw the tumblers click and fall into place. “She’s his daughter.”
“You are the godfather of Damien Moreau’s daughter?” Harry blinked and then grinned wide and sharkish. “You’re even more interesting than I’d assumed. And I’ve already assumed you to be very interesting.”

Summary
If someone had told Eliot three years ago that he would be asked for relationship advice by twenty-three-year-old hacker whose idea of flirting apparently involved knocking himself unconscious, he would have laughed. And if someone had told him that he would care enough to answer the question seriously, he probably would have hit them, just on principle.
***A collection of one-shots where Eliot takes care of Hardison. Or, five times that Eliot watched a Star Trek movie. And a couple of times where he didn't.

Summary
When a new shop moves in next door to the bar, Parker and Breanna’s taste for sweets may be the first reason why they become friends with her, but the thief soon realises there’s something else their chocolate-making neighbour could be to at least one member of the team. A member of the team who has seemed a little... off, since a certain someone she wasn’t allowed to hang off a roof...
(Yep I did a Redemption era fic...I’d apologise, except I kind of enjoyed this one even if it got away from me. It was supposed to be a one shot. Whoops.)
