So, why did Hermione feel like she lost?
After Lavender dies in her lap after Greyback's attack she catches Mr Malfoy's eye, perhaps unwisely, she follows him whereupon he traps her in Snape's Ingredients Store. Before she has a chance to say anything Lucius explains why she has been lured to that destination.
Armed with a time-turner she has the choice to change one thing in recent history. Briefly, she considers going to Merope Gaunt to stop her conceiving Tom Riddle in the first place but she realises that is one change too strong. So, she decides to think closer to her birth... Something to do for her favourite Potions Master.
What could be more altruistic than making sure Severus never calls Lily that word in the first place? Only, she is slightly too cautious. What she does instead is some serious damage control! Along the way she meets everyone she knew as lost souls. In her journey she becomes close to Lucius Malfoy. Who is still unwed by the way, something, she finds out that Narcissa is only too pleased about as she has her eyes on Kingsley Shacklebolt.
Hermione is about to change the past, but can she do so on her own?

In the West wing of the Louvre, one of Antonio Canova’s greatest works sits on display. A pure marble statue depicting Cupid and the reawakening of his fallen lover Psyche after he bestowed her with a kiss.
“Psyche Revived by Cupid's Kiss”, as the statue is called.
In this, Lucius is reawakened by Cupid’s kiss in the form of Hermione Granger. She is his revival. But how real are they when it all started off as a lie? Only they can find the answer they’re looking for.

Owls stayed in the Owlery except when delivering post, no one admitted outright to owning a toad and cats were usually to be found in their owners house dormitory or roaming the dungeons in search of rats and so it was quite a phenomenon when early one December morning that a certain cat decided to attend breakfast.
