Even so, Bant’s visions are troubling, full of shadow and violence. At the centre of it all is one person. Sometimes man. Sometimes boy. Sometimes something else entirely. But it is always Kenobi, there is no denying that. His essence is the same, no matter how it twists and warps and crumbles.
“If we could only find him—” Qui-Gon interrupts himself, gaze far-off. “In another life, maybe, he could have been my- my padawan, but now…”
Feemor worries for his former Master. And for this strange youngling he's never even met, and likely never will.

Summary
Obi-Wan Kenobi has lived, died, and lives again.
-Basically a self-indulgence series exploring the Star Wars universe vicariously through Obi-Wan's attempts to right the wrongs of the past. Intended to become QuiObi in the long run, and will feature a lot of characters including Anakin (of course), Maul (and his brothers!) and Ahsoka.
My intention is to get all the way through Force Awakens, but we'll see how that goes, haha.

Years later when the Jedi come, she and Anakin go with them.
It seems no matter what time she lives in, Rey of Jakku has must answer destiny's call.

I read this when it first came out but I'm not sure if I ever finished it. I think I was probably close. But my god was it a good decision to reread this. I absolutely adore the characterization. But of course my favourite part is how Steve and Billy's relationship evolves. It feels so real and just- it's so good. I adore how it ends not perfectly, but it's the best ending it could ever get.

It’s January 15, 1985. Max is in Hawkins, Indiana, 2,082 miles from Santa Monica, and in five hours she’ll be fourteen years old. At fourteen, you can be tried as adult. She knows because Billy’s told her, so many times.
It’s January 15, ninety-five days since the worst thing she’s ever done, but there isn’t any statute of limitations on that.
(Or, Max is miserable, Billy's in danger, and Steve just wants to help. A take on why Max and Billy moved to Hawkins in the first place, featuring too many 80's songs and also a love story, maybe two.)

“I think Scott has a daughter,” Natasha says, pouring herself coffee. “Katy, right? No, Cassie.”
Clint gives her a dirty look. “You could’ve told me. They’re so similar, Tasha. I mean, Jesus.”
“Wait,” says Natasha. “You actually think that—,”
“Hey, Nat,” says Peter, looking up from the waffle iron for the first time. “Do you want a waffle? I think Mr. Stark has some whipped cream, and I have skittles and gummy bears to add flavor and texture.”
OR: The Avengers meet Spiderman via the online world, and then meet Peter Parker in Stark's living room. It takes them longer than it should to put two-and-two together.

Summary
By comparison, being roommates with James Buchanan Barnes, formerly the Winter Soldier, has been a vast improvement. Notwithstanding the part where people openly take pictures of Barnes (and consequently Peter) on campus. Or random people poking Peter in the back during lectures to hiss, are you really the Winter Soldier’s roommate at him. Or remnant HYDRA operatives kidnapping Peter in order to lure the Winter Soldier out (which, really, is too many levels of stupid for Peter to handle).
"You know you're not supposed to call him the Winter Soldier any more, right?" Peter says, while they handcuff him to a pipe. A pipe. "Also this whole thing is kind of messing up my schedule. My two overdue papers won't exactly write themselves."

God I fucking love this. Such a well done fic that’s the perfect combo of mcu and the comics, angst and comedy, narration and social media. Just- I LOVE the relationships in this and most of all the friendship between Peter and Bucky. Also lovely references to Infinity War pt II that hasn’t even come out yet- very believable.
