Summary
The Rowdy 3 is a name they give themselves, stitched together from words they collect in the underbelly of Project Blackwing and the way they live as four in one over the course of five years. It's better than Project Incubus but it starts with just Martin and Cross and Gripps and Vogel. It starts in Project Blackwing. Well it really starts with Martin meeting a suit in a bar.
It starts with Martin on the road. A song in his gut that rhymes with hunger that three other voices know too.
And it keeps going from there, just as The Universe intends.
(AKA The Rowdy Three in Project Blackwing).

Summary
If he played golf he’d describe it like this. They clear the course, set up the tee, and give him the club. But in the end he’s the one who hits the ball, most of the time. His uncle spends a fine amount of the day watching golf.
Or, Eddie supposes, it’s more like he’s the ball. He’s the thing that gets smacked into the air and is left to arc wildly on his way down, screaming as he goes. The thing that has to sink it in one to make the whole thing worth telling.
He’s the one who sails through the air. He’s the one who sinks into the water. He’s the one to drown.
“Please don’t actually drown,” Jeff’s saying again though, like he’s been saying the whole ride over since they decided the plan was a go. Like he can speak it into existence through repetition. “Like...the whole thing’s ruined if you actually drown.”
(AKA Eddie Munson comes up with a prank, rolls with the punches, and makes out with the lifeguard he didn't expect but totally needs right now).

Summary
It is almost a relief to see that it's Eddie Munson on the chair and not some huge random guy. That is until Eddie's eyes crinkle open and his face goes from blind terror to bemused, the way he's curled up like a bug at the noise slipping into something languid and easy.
It's almost a relief until the prick smiles like a lunatic and Steve has to think of course, this fucking guy, because Eddie Munson may be the weirdest person Steve's ever met.

Summary
“So now, what we’re gonna do, is we’re gonna wait to see if he comes back for you.”
She blinks, and he is glad to have surprised her even as she clearly hates him. It’s simple, people hating him so openly. It’s nice. It’s cleaner than someone acting like they loved him and then leaving him for nothing.
Because that’s what Stede left him for. Not for dead. Many people had left him for dead over the years and he tended to get over it rather quickly. People he’d fucked and hated and liked had all left him for dead and he’d always come back from it. Stede though, Stede left him to a void-like nothingness that had cracked him open and eaten too much. But he would come back from this too. He would.
“What does this accomplish?” She spits the words at him like she hadn’t already been asking herself if he would come back.
“An experiment,” he says, and he levels his pistol at her.
Edward Teach wants and wants and he tries to work through some things.

Summary
“Small baby,” Krum diagnosed, sounding delighted by this. “World too big, yes? Wants back in small, warm place, yes?”
Ron realized that he was holding his breath. He glanced over at Hermione, who was looking at Krum like she was definitely, absolutely going to leave Ron for him, and honestly, at this moment, Ron felt that was fair. Ron was going to leave himself for Krum. Ron was going to rob all the banks in the world to get Viktor Krum back his money as long as it meant he’d keep their beautiful, perfect, angelic monster of a screaming baby quiet.
“I want to be in a small, warm place,” Hermione muttered, and then squeaked a little realizing she’d said it out loud.
Rose giggled. “Shidole,” she whispered, looking pleased and interested, smacking at Krum’s chest.
“Rose, don’t call our guests shitholes,” Hermione scolded, and then said, “Viktor, you can stay as long as you like.”

The perfect continuation of the mythos and the world. I read this in high school eating lunch under an awning and it was raining at the end and I looked up Underground when I got home and was transcended.
