    Summary

A year without word of her survival has left Garrus restless. After a whole series of events, the game has finally changed and he's tired of waiting. He knows where she is and he'll let nothing stand between him and the woman most call, "Commander." To him, she's just Shepard.

    Excerpt:
Garrus checked the clip on each pistol before fastening them both to his hip, one on each side. He then leaned up against the dash so he could secure his Phaeston assault rifle on his back, left of his Widow. As he snapped his grenade belt around his waist, he spared the building's front entrance a dark grimace. He hated fighting in hospitals and as he donned his helmet, he felt like he was going to war in one.

    Continuation of Unseen Sight:
‘Jessabelle wanted him to have it. Not you, not his Worship. There must have been a reason for that.’ He wished he had the same faith Talia had. His princessa chose wrong this time. He had been too slow and she was gone because of it.
    “Say it.”
Bull’s deep voice snapped him back to the present. “Say what?”
“Whatever’s been on your chest.” He frowned, finding his tongue caught between his teeth as he stared at the rusted bell. “You were supposed to protect her.” There was silence. “I was. And what else?”
    “I trusted you.”
    “And?”
    “And you let me down!”
    “And what else?”
“Braska! What more do you want me to say!?” He felt his shoulders dropped and closed his eyes in the silence. “Maker it seems I am thrice damned to lose the ones I love. Rinna, Surana, and now Jess. And I,” he swallowed the bitterness. Bull was his lover too; he didn't deserve this anger.
“We don’t know that she’s gone yet.” Then again, maybe he did to lie to him so blatantly.

    Summary

She sat and explained her love of hiking and camping, along with other habits. She spent almost till noon explaining what a massage therapist was, and how she focused on scar tissue and repetitive motion injuries. By the time lunch was served, she had softened enough to smile more freely around her.

"I must say this is unexpected, Lady Jessabelle. The nobility of Thedas certainly do not do most of those things."

"I'm sure the nobility also doesn't prostrate themselves to a Commander when they feel they've insulted someone. My integrity is more important to me than saving face."
Josie smiled and nodded. "Your are very unique in more than one way. Which brings me to a rather sensitive subject." She stiffened but motioned with her hand for her to continue. "We must try and find an origin for you. As it is, many of those who saw you fall from the rift are afraid."
