He sees Aruba jump off his shoulder once the door is open and he's gazing out across the Kanto region with a bright smile and hands curled at his sides. The sunlight beaming down from the azure blue sky dotted with white fluffy clouds that resemble candy floss and the wind tugging at his clothes
“Eevee!” Aruba chirps. Izuku's gaze snaps to her as she begins to run off and down the stairs.
“Hey wait up!” Izuku calls after her as cheerful laughter fills the air.

Summary
It's a second, and yet it is an hour stuffed into a moment of time. A split second before the chaos reaches its crescendo; before it's mouth splits open in a deafening roar, ready to devour the land whole that has long been split open. Glass shattering against the noise — the storm having done a number as the shards dig into his skin, and Naruto wishes that he closed his eyes before they could gouge out his eyes too.
Or, Mizuki manipulates Naruto earlier.
