Hell's quite a fun place to be, if you're not a minion. The head boss spends his time playing hooky and trying to evade his PA, said PA takes revenge by having sex with Lucifer's brother on his desk; Norbert's time is filled up with doing his brother's work FOR him, turning useless demons to ash (then stressing out over the state of his carpets) and generally trying to keep operations in Hell running smoothly.
