  1. Summary

Steve and Danny have always had each other's backs and have been far closer than any partners or best friends are. That relationship and dynamic are threatened when women enter their lives, criminals decide to target them and the stress of the job gets to them. Through the pain, they manage to find the other; through the anger, they manage to reason with each other. When they have been broken, their love for one another reminds them of just who they are.

McDanno snapshots featuring our two favorite cops from the beginning of their relationship to present time.

  2. Summary

Lizzie and Red's love was visceral. Red would use his last breath to protect Lizzie; Lizzie would use her last words telling Red that it was all worth it. Their love was raw, gritty, painful, deep and real and their lives became one.

*Can be read as standalone vignettes but there is a thread of continuity beginning with A Different Kind of Pain.*

For the Sterek Gala's Sterek New Year's Extravaganza.

Didn't work on all of these as much as I wanted to, but determined to do all 31. We'll see how that goes.

    Summary

When Chris came home to his bed stripped down to the mattress, he really hadn't expected to find his bedding being used as nesting material for an extremely upset Peter Hale's den - who he was still ridiculously in love with, despite their relationship ending on less than amiable terms. But then again, Chris didn't expect most of his life to go the way it had.

    Summary

“So...broody type, huh?” Kate prompted, shifting herself closer to him and reaching over to place her hand on his thigh suggestively. “I can get behind that. Or actually, I can get under that. Especially when they look like you.”

Derek hated clubs. He really, really did.

“You’re not my type,” He told her as he brushed her hand off of his leg.

Kate laughed as if she couldn’t even comprehend that he might think that. “Babe, I’m everyone’s type.”

    “Not mine.”

“Bet you I could be,” She challenged.

Derek downed the rest of the beer in his glass and wished for the thousandth time that he could get drunk. “Bet you couldn’t.”

[or: Derek is waiting on Stiles at the club and Kate tries to shoot her shot. Too bad she's not his type.]

    Summary

A series of stories beginning 15 years before the current Walker Season 1 canon timeline. Yes, I know they are brothers! I wanted to envision a plausible scenario where siblings who had a picture perfect family and upbringing could still cross the line into a sexual relationship (and all of the emotional turmoil and implications that come along with it).
