As the tobacco settles in Jeremy's throat, he moves the cigarette from his lips and leans close to Michael, and blows the smoke in his face.
With an abrupt cough, Michael fans his face to brush away the scent in the air as he laughs, but Jeremy just smiles at him like Michael is something worthy of his attention.
His hand grips Michael's jaw, and he can feel the heat of the tip of the cig as Jeremy forces him to face him. Their inches away now, and if Michael turned his head, their noses would be brushing.
Jeremy doesn't need to say anything, for Michael can tell by his heavy-lidded eyes and soft stare.
