This work is a continuation of my Won't You Stay fic. I encourage you to read that one first so you understand the backstory. This is essentially a season 6 fix-it and is mostly canon compliant until 6x03, except for where I only watched the Supercorp scenes in season 3-5.
Kara and Lena have finally gotten their heads out of their asses after their return from Argo. Now they have to save Kara's father, figure out what Lillian is up to, meet Superman and Lois' kids, and more. All while learning to navigate their fledging relationship, and hope Lex doesn't decide to stop in for a visit on top of all that...

“Oh my god, it’s Sam and Ruby,” Lena hisses, her heart racing.Kara hisses back her own incredulous, “What?” peering at the door with her x-ray vision, and watches her blanch a little.
“They’re in town for a couple days and I told them to come over, I didn’t know all this was going to happen!” Lena whisper shouts, gesturing between them, and starts to try and fix her mussed hair and straighten her clothes.
Kara grits her teeth and looks away a bit angrily, “Can we just have like twenty minutes without someone interrupting us? I’m really starting to take this personally!”

Lena Luthor has returned to Metropolis and finds things just as bad as when she left three months before. Andrea is still angry about their break up and her brother -the most hated man everywhere- has his trial coming up in a few months. A trial she will have to give evidence at. Lena would like nothing more than to disappear until it’s all over. But then she accidentally gets the attention of Kara Danvers, and she decides maybe the next few months might not be so awful.
Kara is shocked when she sees the pianist in the video and even more so when she gets a reply. It’s no surprise to her when she quickly finds herself falling for more than just Lena’s musical talents. If only her friends and everyone else could see that Lena is nothing like her brother, and if only Lena could see she is more than just what her talent can offer the world.
