Finished with his pro-career Kazuya suddenly has to face the reality of a different chapter in his life, one where he is no longer required on the field. And perhaps he's lucky that a coaching opportunity presents itself, as early as it does. But since it's coming from Takashima Rei of all people there are conditions, and this one requires him to go back to his family's home town in rural Nagano to teach middle school kids for a year to further his social skills.
What he hasn't reckoned with is the resident deity in his family's old temple.
