Summary
What if Geralt had kidnapped Ciri when she was four months old, and accidentally involved Jaskier in the whole baby-rearing thing?
Or also: the one Geralt and Jaskier spend the winter watching baby Ciri grow, travel half the Continent and fail to part from each other.
Geralt was a wonder to watch. He made faces at her so she could try and mimic him, he guided her little hands over the textured fabrics of Jaskier’s fancy outfits he’d graciously lent them just for this very exercise, and the more he made Ciri laugh, the softer his smiles became. Jaskier was completely addicted to the way his whole face lit up in wonder when she did something new or unexpected.

“I need a favor.”
“No.” Geralt grunted immediately, shoveling more of the stew he’d been served into his mouth.
“You haven’t even heard it.” Yennefer snapped, arms crossed over her chest as she watched the Witcher scarf down his food. “My gods Geralt, no one is going to take that away from you, slow down.”
Geralt ignored her with another grunt, finishing the stew with gusto. It’d been a while since he’d had anything but his own hunting to feed himself with.
“I’ll buy you another, if you agree to at least listen.” Geralt scowled, but the tug in his stomach made the decision for him. No harm in hearing her out, at least.

Summary

Stuck in the fae realm with the thinnest of lies to keep them from being separated, Geralt and Jaskier are going to have to solve their relationship and keep their wits about them if they want to make it out of here intact. At least Yennefer and Triss are willing to help...
...if Yennefer and Triss could get over whatever they've got going on between them.

Nicoló di Genova felt the fabric of the bulky garment Yusuf had asked him to wear. They needed to enter a town, one certainly frequented by men who had fought for the Fatimids at Jerusalem and were now returning home, for supplies. Unless they disguised his Frankish features, like his light-coloured eyes and the pale skin of his hands, they feared that he might be killed or taken hostage if his identity became known. Nicoló would need to cover all his features with a veil to ensure his safety in the presence of all other men besides his mahram—his escort—Yusuf.

Any other Omega about to be married would have a white lace gown strewn with silver beading and thread. The top would be open to expose unmarked shoulders, collarbones, and neck. A sign that the Omega was unmated and untouched, a precious gift wrapped in understated colors and delicate details.
Jaskier’s dress was not any of those things.
