Summary
To his surprise, for a hole-in-the-wall in Vegas, the place is actually quite nice on the inside. Though quaint, it’s lit up by LED string lights, giving it a more ethereal look. There's no crucifix in the front, thank God—Eddie doesn't need to relive his Catholic trauma on their vacation. Instead, there’s a large bay window with a distant view of the dusky Spring Mountains. There are even Baby's-breath flowers in their respective holders adorning the end of each pew, which are packed with people.
"Buck, hey, I think we walked into someone's wedding, we have to—" Eddie's tugging on Buck's hand, but Buck's not moving. "Buck?"

Hen said, with utmost gentleness and patience, "You know that if you told him that this was important to you, he would have found a way to be there, right?"
"I know." And Eddie did. "But I don’t want to make him choose between me and Taylor.”
Hen snorted, proving even further that his attempts to hide his dislike of Taylor weren't fooling anyone. “Since when?”
Eddie slammed his locker shut, way more aggressively than he should have and the sound of it echoed menacingly throughout the station, only adding to his ever present frustration. “Since I realized it's not me he'd chose first.”
Not anymore.
Or, the one in which Buck needs to decide who he wants to spend his holidays with; his girlfriend, or his best friend (and son)
