There is something different about this morning, Dani knows. Fearful whispers that would normally stop her are silent, bound in something left behind the night she went charging into the dark woods."
Fix-it fic for the weary-hearted. Romance, friendships, and sexually tense gardening. The last thing I needed in 2020 was to have a promising story and vibrant queer characters fall prey to a plot-fizzling, face-palming "all lesbians die miserable" trope. Not on my watch! Here's hoping you enjoy the, ahem, explosive alternate ending.
