He doesn't regret it as he shoves his elbow up in her delicate face.
He doesn't regret it as he hears the cartilage in her nose crunch on impact.
He doesn't regret it as she loses conciousness and he has to lower her down to the floor.
He kind of regrets it as he sees her coming to, face streaked with blood but otherwise looking unaffected by him besting her. And then, when she spits the blood out like it was nothing, he feels a stirring of emotion in him that has nothing to do with regret and everything to do with regard and admiration.
So noticing those feelings, that's when he regrets breaking her nose.

“Where is she?” He asks impatiently
Hux nods and walks quickly, but he hesitates for a moment when they take a different corridor from the prison cells, his question is quickly answered by Hux.
“We had to separate several of them due to their condition”
“Condition?” His impatient voice distorts behind his mask
"Yes ... several of the omegas got heat during the trip, so they were separated from the others ..."

The Resistance still held her friends. “Order the ships to stop firing.” She says, not unlocking her grasp from his. “Let them leave this star system in peace.”
“Rey.” His voice was low, dangerous, and it uncoiled something deep within her gut.

The moment Ben had become one with the Force, his entire shift from hither to nether was comforting—warm—welcoming. It had been a sigh of relief once he felt himself move along to be where he always knew he’d end up.
And the girl whose tears of loss spilled onto cold stone where his body once lay found acceptance in his reassurance that he would always be with her. And that had been the finale in a long and overdue bow and exit from the mortal coil.
So into the light he went. Embracing his new reality (or lack thereof) and settling into the fine silken webbing of harmonious desolation in the ethereal wholeness of the inbetween.
That is until the Force spat him back out like rotten fruit.
Luke allows Rey to stay on Ahch-To, to read the sacred Jedi texts. She discovers another collection of texts, that intrigues her far more than the holy scripts Luke provides her with. It’s the diaries of a boy who’s been dead for almost a decade. The one who killed the young man connects to her, across the stars, and Rey can’t keep him out.
She’s no control over her own limbs in this dreamscape, her fingers move on their own accord, trailing over his eyebrow, and down along his cheekbone. He closes his eyes, when she traces the outline of his bottom lip with the pad of her thumb.
“Is this real?”
“I don’t know,” Rey answers truthfully, and withdraws her hand.
He opens his eyes again. The stars have drowned in the pitch black darkness of his wide blown pupils...
“REY!” Finn shouts outside her door, “get up, you’re missing breakfast!”
After meeting briefly during an evacuation from Tarsus IV, Jim Kirk and Spock reconnect with each other at Starfleet Academy and fall in love.

All Sorrows Are Less with Bread - Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra
"I hope you're hungry," she says, offering the bowl again.
He isn't, even though he hasn't eaten anything since yesterday. His nerves have turned his stomach into a lump of rock.
He pauses for a second, not quite sure if he should force himself to eat something, partially because it would be the polite thing to do and partially because he knows that his body needs sustenance, but it seems he has hesitated too long.
Rey pulls the bowl back, cradling it to her stomach.
"Oh, I am sorry, I shouldn't..." she wipes her nose on her sleeve, "I mean, of course you don't want this. You don't have to eat it."
He blinks, confused and aching, for she seems so upset all of a sudden.
"No, no, it's alright," he says, holding a hand out for the dish, "I should probably eat something."
She sniffs again and looks down at the ground.
"You really don't have to."
"Please Rey," he reaches out a little further, his fingertips almost grazing her arm-wraps, "it smells really good."
Five times Rey tells Ben that she loves him, using the only love-language she knows, and one time that Ben finally gets it.
