Summary
He had been Sandu Shengshou, had built his Sect to be one of the richest and strongest after it had burned down, had raised a nephew from infancy, had squatted in the sun alongside his men, nailing planks, had carried timber, sawed wood, dug latrines, had haggled for hours with vendors while he rebuilt his home.
And he’d done it all by himself.
That man had had no pride in those days, because he couldn’t afford it.
In the now, he feels a twinge of regret for the loss of Zidian, and lets it go. Because he has learned through blood and sweat and tears, and endless nights of grief that he would rather lose all that than the man who sat opposite him, worrying his teeth between his lips, the man who he never stopped loving, and whom he had hated and missed desperately for thirteen years and more.
His brother who had been forced into a dark path because he had tried to help Jiang Cheng.
Eight years after the events of canon, Jiang Cheng accidentally travels to the past, and decides to fix his relationship with his brother.
Shenanigans ensue.

Summary
When a conspiracy against Wei Wuxian by everyone who lost loved ones during the massacre at Nightless City is revealed, Jiang Cheng and Wei Wuxian both realise that leaving the past behind is not as easy as they think. As Jiang Cheng fights to keep his brother alive, and Lan Wangji has to struggle with the attitude of his Sect regarding his husband, and his newfound responsibilities in the face of his brother's seclusion, the dangers to Wei Wuxian only grows exponentially. Lan Xichen wants to be able to heal, and to see those he loves happy, but when the threat to Wei Wuxian affects his brother, he decides enough is enough.

Wei Wuxian lowers his head, pinches the bridge of his nose. When he first came back to life, he had thought it even if fleetingly that he didn’t want to be alive, but here and now, after seeing Jiang Cheng and Lan Zhan, the two most important people still left of his past life, and both of them accepting him… he likes being alive.
“No,” he says. “I’m glad I’m alive… Thank you.”
He will mourn Mo Xuanyu, but he cannot save everyone, no matter how badly he may want to.

“It’s you,” Lan Wangji says when the silence feels too oppressive.
Jiang Wanyin lifts his head and there is a questioning look on his face.
“The illness,” Lan Wangji clarifies. “It is you who are afflicted.”
Jiang Wanyin has the effrontery to look amused. “Hanguang Jun,” he says. “Are you accusing me of having a heart?”
Lan Wangji glares at the man. Despite being married to Wei Ying, this brand of Yunmeng humour is something he has never been able to understand, and he doesn’t think he ever will. He knows that Wei Ying uses it as an attempt to deflect when his feelings are too much, and it appears that Jiang Wanyin is the same.
Where Hanahaki affects only cultivators, and thoughts and proximity of the loved ones make it worse, and a rejection can kill you faster, Jiang Cheng and Lan Xichen decide to hide their feelings from each other, and their sickness as well

Summary
When the Lan elders decide to sentence Lan Wangji to death following his breaking seclusion to go to Burial Mounds, Lan Xichen abducts his brother and nephew and leave Gusu and seeks refuge with the one man no one expects him to go to: Jiang Wanyin.
Jiang Cheng hasn't properly felt anything since losing his siblings, and when the Lan Sect leader suddenly lands at his doorstep with offers of an alliance, and request for help, he has no hesitation in refusing. Except Lan Xichen turns out more tenacious than he expected.
That marriage of convenience AU that no one has asked for.
THIS IS NOT JIN GUANGYAO OR XUE YANG FRIENDLY.
THIS IS EXTREMELY JIANG CHENG FRIENDLY.
Wei Wuxian is dead in this fic and never makes an appearance. There's no Wangxian in this fic.

Summary
Sometimes reflections showed Lan Zhan glimpses of another life.
It had been happening for as long as he could remember. Usually—at least at the start, back when he was learning to brush his own teeth, and still needed a stool to stand on to reach the sink—he would see the boy in the bathroom mirror. In the very beginning, he had parents with him...something that Lan Zhan and his brother did not have in their uncle's quiet home. Lan Zhan remembers watching them, that happy family, grinning at each other in the mirror, laughing as they poked the corners of each other's mouths to stretch those smiles even wider. It all looked very silly.
