Several weeks after the events of the "Kliff Fiasco", Mayday wanders off one night and goes missing. Zuke and the NSR charters only have one lead of where she could have gone, South-West of town to Gramophone City, the once-proud predecessor to Vinyl City, but now a dying town with a huge power problem.
When Gramophone's charters, Penny and Tsiba Horde, ignore their call for help, the gang begin to suspect foul play is afoot. With the help of some new friends, the NSR charters chose to stand against the Hordes to find and save their lost friend, and the City as well.
But not all is as it seems in the old town. Everyone has an agenda, and the truth is always hidden behind a wall of dark shadow. Can the NSR charters adapt and change to save the day, or are they going to wind up sleeping with the fishes?

Neon J hasn't danced since before the Border War. He decided to put that passion behind him when he was drafted, and pushed it even further when his sons wanted to start show business. He got a job at NSR when the boys were kids, and climbed his way up to be a little more respected. From there, he did the same thing every day for, what, 10 years? It was always go into work, manage meetings, finish paperwork, and go home on the train. However, when he did go home, he always passed a dance studio. The idea to go in never tempted him before, but in a desperate attempt to get some passion back in his life, he finally walks in. What he'd find about himself, would surprise him.
But maybe he should've also been more open about this nostalgia trip.
