Those he saved would say Flicker was a strong person who was always there to help. The police force would call him a nuisance who needed to get a licence. And if you asked Eraserhead, he would say that Flicker was a good kid who overworked himself, a kid who needed some love and stability.
Midoriay Izuku wishes he had a quirk yet, he never let anything break him down. He would keep going til' the end. He'd protect the ones he loved no matter what.

She eyes her outboxes warily.
In all technicality, the scale of disaster means she should have him up for assassination, even if it isn’t a likely outcome. But she really doesn’t want to do that. He’s five. And the likelihood is so low…
She flips the file closed and drops it on top of Shinsou’s.
