Summary
This is a Voltron Legendary Defender, Voltron Force, and Voltron Defender of the Universe crossover, written for the 2021 Five Years of VLD event.
Even if you haven’t watched Voltron Force or Voltron Defender of the Universe (Lion Force Voltron), you’ll be able to follow what is happening in this story.
This tale is a sequel to my VLD alternate universe canon-divergent Plance story, “Clear Day,” and its very angsty sequel, “The Greatest Gift,” a story which takes place just before this adventure begins.
In this tale the Paladins will face their greatest fears and bond more deeply with each other. There’s plenty of action, danger, horror, angst, humor, friendship, and fluff, so even if you don’t ship Plance and/or Kallura, there still a great deal to enjoy in this fic.
I gave the members of Voltron Force names from the comics, so I refer to them by the names Tech Sergeant Darrell “Pidge” Stoker, Tech Sergeant Hunk Garrett, Commander Lance Charles McClain, Commander Keith Kogane, and Queen Allura of Arus.

Summary
(My own version of a Voltron reboot. Featuring aspects of every Voltron incarnation as well as including my own plot elements.)
After a crew of space explorers are captured by the heinous galra empire, a group manages to escape and seeks out Arus, their only hope of getting home. When they find the entire universe is at stake due to the clutches of Emperor Zarkon, they are assigned the roles of the pilots of the lions that will form the legendary Voltron. In their quest to defend the universe they will learn to work as a team and grow as people.
