He walked closer, to see who was the person training his disciples, but who also knew how their training was supposed to look like. As he came closer though, he stopped dead in his tracks.
It was him. It seemed impossible, and the image of himself seemed wrong, like he was looking at it from the wrong angle, but he was unmistakably looking at his own face. His own body, moving through exercises. Which meant...Wei Wuxian's talisman worked. Jiang Cheng wasn't really at the training grounds.
Jiang Cheng was looking at his future.
