Pete Mitchell, better known as Maverick, knew he had a pretty incredible life. He had the most amazing job while also fighting to be the best at what he did, and he had the two most astounding people in the world, Goose and Carole, as those he could call his family. And when Bradley Bradshaw, his Soulmate, was born, well, his entire world imploded and became better than he could have ever imagined it being.
But, tragedy always seems to strike the best people. Goose dies devastatingly, before, years later, Carole passes away from brain cancer.
A year and a half after Carole's passing, Maverick goes through with a decision that forever changes Bradley's life and his path towards his career, tearing apart their once very strong relationship.
Many years pass for both of them, having no direct contact with one another, until both of them are recalled back to TOPGUN for a special assignment. Maverick is directed to teach the detachment of graduates, which Bradley happens to be a part of.
Bradley is pissed about his Soulmates presence, and Maverick has no idea how to go about handling the opportunity of seeing his godson again. But, these circumstances might be just what they need to heal what's broken.

Packs were common. In fact they were encouraged in the navy. If you had a pack then there was no need to worry about the fallout. The higher ups could always ship you off back home to your mates and never think twice about you.
It was well understood that all alpha’s and beta’s were essential to the military. So when you break or die they forget about you and bring more of you in. It was also an unspoken rule that omega’s were essentially forced from the navy once they were bound to a pack, they were the "lifeblood" of the military. They gave birth and raised the new generation while caring for their retired veterans. This however is not what happened to one Pete “Maverick” Mitchell.
This is a retelling of Top Gun and Top Gun: Maverick within an a/b/o universe. I’m also planning on making two alternative endings for this story.

內容如題，請注意標題是Ice＆Mav，這篇番外的腦洞是針對電影TGM中提到，Mav找人抽掉Rooster的申請書這件事情，從兩人的對談中，Ice非常清楚這件事情，所以在這個番外裡，他們是共犯，Iceman的人生不允許錯誤，他也愛Bradley，但是有時他得做出取捨。
但是Maverick也得付出代價，畢竟Iceman才是那一屆的熊孩子老大：P
